The club's next beagles only lure coursing event is on Sunday the 27th of May. All beagles and their owners are welcome.

This is always a fun event with the beagles enjoying the freedom and fun and doing what they do best.

The outline for the day will be:

8.30am—9.00am—Registration

Your Beagle needs to be entered to score. You will be given a number for the day. When your number is called come to the starting gate for your dog’s run.

9.15am—10.00am Novice & Puppy Runs

This is for any Beagles that have never done lure coursing before. They will run a short distance to get the feel of it and for the owners to see how it is done.

10.00am Full Runs

Each dog runs their first course and then the course is reversed and each dog runs a second run.

12.30pm Pack Runs

After a rest there will be a pack run where all the Beagles have a fabulous time running together. Always a spectacular sight.

12.45pm Pack Up, Lunch and Presentations.

It is always appreciated at the end of the day to have people assist in packing up the gear. Many hands make light work. Once the packing up is completed, the top dogs of the day will be presented.

We will also be running a sausage sizzle for those two and four legged competitors who get the munchies during the day. There will also be a coffee van on sight for warming up the body and merchandise for sale. Raffles will also be held.

Entry Fee: $5.00 per dog, payable on the day.
